1. Booking & Reservation

A signed agreement and non-refundable Date Reservation Fee of 35% of the total package amount are required to officially secure your wedding date.

No date will be held without both the signed agreement and reservation fee.

2. Date Reservation Fee (Non-Refundable)

The Date Reservation Fee is not a deposit for services but compensation for reserving your wedding date exclusively.

Once reserved, Amora Wedding Co. declines all other inquiries for that date.

This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or postponement.

3. Payment Schedule

The remaining balance after the reservation fee is divided into two equal installments:

32.5% due 90 days before the wedding

32.5% due 60 days before the wedding

All payments must be received in full by the 60-day mark.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services, with prior payments forfeited.

4. Payment Methods

Accepted methods include:

Zelle (preferred): weddings@shotsbyshawn.com

Apple Pay or Cash App

Check payable to Rodney Steele (must clear at least 60 days before the wedding)

Credit/Debit Cards (available upon request)

5. Cancellation Policy & Liquidated Damages

91+ days before wedding: 35% Date Reservation Fee is forfeited.

61–90 days before wedding: 50% of package total retained/invoiced.

60 days or fewer before wedding: 100% of package total is due and non-refundable.

These terms reflect liquidated damages for lost income, preparation time, and inability to rebook the date.

6. Consultations

Clients will receive an initial consultation at booking plus two additional planning meetings.

Topics may include timeline building, photo/video priorities, and identifying key family/group shots.

7. Cooperation & Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide reasonable access to events and communicate openly.

It is recommended that a family member or wedding party assistant be designated to help identify key individuals.

Amora Wedding Co. cannot guarantee images of every guest or moment due to factors such as timeline delays or uncooperative participants.

8. Guest Interference

The Photographer/Videographer is not responsible for missed shots caused by guests interfering (e.g., phone cameras, obstructing views).

The Client agrees to inform guests and officiants to allow clear access.

9. Venue Restrictions & Permits

Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions for photography/videography.

Venue rules (e.g., flash bans, movement restrictions) may impact final coverage. Amora Wedding Co. is not liable for such limitations.

10. Copyright & Licensing

Amora Wedding Co. retains copyright to all media created.

Clients are granted a personal-use license for printing, sharing, and personal distribution.

Commercial use or publication requires prior written consent.

11. Model Release

Clients grant Amora Wedding Co. permission to use images and video for marketing, website, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

Clients may opt out in writing prior to the wedding date.

12. Overtime

Overage is billed at $150 per hour (one-hour minimum).

Overage must be paid before delivery of final gallery or film.

13. Late Payments

Payments not received on time may incur a $25 daily late fee.

Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of services with no refund.

14. Limitation of Liability

In case of Photographer/Videographer illness, injury, or emergency, every effort will be made to secure a replacement.

If no replacement is available, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

In case of file loss (theft, damage, equipment failure), liability is limited to refunding part or all of the package, based on work delivered.

15. Force Majeure / Acts of God

Amora Wedding Co. is not liable for non-performance caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events.

Rescheduling may be offered when possible.

The Date Reservation Fee remains non-refundable in all circumstances.

16. Delivery Timeline

Photography galleries are delivered within 10–12 weeks.

Videography projects are delivered within 10–14 weeks.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee but is not guaranteed.
