🛠️ Studio Manager

Starts May 19, 2025 — Full-Time — In-Studio (Houston, TX)

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our creative studio. This role is key in supporting our team, maintaining a clean and functional space, and ensuring every client has a smooth and enjoyable experience. You'll be responsible for coordinating the studio schedule, handling logistics, assisting with team management, and making sure our space stays guest-ready.

Responsibilities:
- Manage studio bookings and daily room schedules
- Supervise the Studio Operations & Client Services team
- Ensure all studio spaces, equipment, and props are well maintained
- Handle studio supply ordering and inventory
- Resolve client concerns and help troubleshoot on-site issues
- Support team communication and operational flow

You’d Be Great If You:
- Have strong organizational and leadership skills
- Can multitask and work in a dynamic, creative environment
- Have prior experience in operations, hospitality, or studio management
- Are tech-savvy and confident with scheduling systems or inventory tools
- Are reliable, detail-oriented, and service-minded

📍 Studio Operations & Client Services Team

2 Full-Time | 3 Part-Time — In-Studio (Houston, TX)

Be the friendly face creatives meet when they walk in. Assist with check-in, reset spaces, and keep the studio running smoothly day-to-day. Applicants must be available to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

📣 Studio Marketing Manager

Full-Time or Hybrid — In-Studio Preferred

Lead all marketing efforts—run our Instagram, plan content, manage promotions, and tell our story online in a way that draws creators in.

🎉 Community Coordinator / Events Lead

Part-Time — In-Studio (Houston, TX)

Bring the community into the space with content days, mixers, and networking events. You’ll be the one creating real vibes and connections.

📸 Brand Photographer / Content Creator

Part-Time — Ideal for a student or early-career creative

Work closely with the marketing team to capture styled shoots, behind-the-scenes content, and visuals that showcase our studio in use.

💍 Weddings & Large Events Photographer Assistant

Starts April 22, 2025 — On Location (Various Venues in Houston, TX)

We're looking for a dependable, professional assistant to support our lead photographer during weddings and large-scale events. This includes helping with gear, managing timelines, directing guests for group photos, and assisting with light setup or breakdown as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead photographer on wedding days and during large events
- Help carry and organize camera gear, lights, and other tools
- Communicate with planners, venue staff, and guests when needed
- Keep timelines on track and help the day run smoothly
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and supportive under pressure

Perfect for: Someone interested in photography, event production, or who enjoys high-energy environments. Must be available weekends and evenings.
