To reserve any wedding package, a non-refundable retainer fee of $500 is required upon booking to secure your chosen date. We offer flexible payment plans spanning 3-8 months for your convenience. Alternatively, if you prefer not to utilize a payment plan, the remaining balance for your wedding must be settled in full at least 14 days before your event.

We request three consultations as part of our service process. The initial consultation aims to understand the vision of the bride and groom for their special day and to ensure compatibility between our services and your needs. The second consultation, scheduled approximately four months before your wedding, involves discussions with either the bride and groom or the wedding planner to delve into preferences, dislikes, desired updates, and any other pertinent details. Finally, 45 days before your wedding, we conduct a comprehensive consultation to finalize arrangements and ensure everything aligns with your expectations. We welcome payments via all major credit cards, checks (made out to Rodney Steele), and Afterpay. If you're unfamiliar, Afterpay allows you to make purchases and pay for them in four interest-free installments, due every two weeks. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.

During peak seasons, anticipate a turnaround time of approximately 4-8 weeks for your wedding photos. Nevertheless, we make every effort to deliver them even sooner. Depending on the package selected, you can expect to receive sneak peeks (edited) of your special day within 5-10 business days. These sneak peeks typically feature moments such as the ceremony with the bride and groom, the exchange of vows, and shots of the wedding party.
